Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stack Your Style, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns under normal circumstances.

Refunds for Damaged Goods

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photos and videos showing the damage as proof that the item was broken during shipping.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and verify the evidence, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We reserve the right to deny any refund if we determine that the damage was not due to shipping or if sufficient proof is not provided.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Personal preferences or dislikes

  • Late delivery due to courier issues
